Enrollment, Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Policy for impACT programs
1.Rolling Registration—Registration is open until the Camp Director/Showcase Director/or Theatre Instructor in charge notifies the Administrative Assistant that it is full, or casting is closed. Once a program is filled/closed to new registrations a public notice will be posted on the website under the program name. A pre-determined minimum enrollment will be established before each program opens for registration. Summer Camp registration will begin in mid- November. Fall and Spring registration will begin mid - July.
2. Balance Due Date— Payment is due in full by the Audition Date
3. TACTICC refund policy: In the event of insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be given for all deposits and all payments made toward that showcase/camp/or class. Paid in full accounts may be offered a transfer to another similar impACT program. No refunds are given for missed classes or early withdrawal. Registration is a commitment to paying the entire fee.
a. In the event the balance has been paid in full and the student/participant drops out prior to the start of a showcase/camp/or class, for any reason, the amount paid may be applied towards another impACT camp/showcase/or class within one year of the dropout date. All fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
b. Dropouts beyond two weeks of the start of a showcase or class; Or two days of a camp, are not eligible to be applied to another impact program and are
non-refundable. No exceptions.
c. Partial payments toward balances due are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions. Only paid in full accounts are eligible to be applied to a
new impACT program, if the student drops out for any reason.
4. Cancellations made by TACTICC due to weather or other emergency issues will be announced on our website as well as in emails sent directly to all families enrolled. In the event of a cancellation, a make-up class will be scheduled by the instructor/Director. No monetary refunds will be issued.
